Before You Book
Please keep in mind the following:
Book in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
If you have any special requests or questions, feel free to contact us before booking.
Bookings made through Booksy are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation message.
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service.
Note: During busy periods (especially December), appointments fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Cancellation Rules:
If you inform us with at least 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance, we can move your appointment to another available time without any penalty.
If you do not inform us in time, your slot may be given to another client.
Bookings made through Booksy are non-refundable, but can always be rescheduled.
Clients who repeatedly miss their appointments may be asked to pay a deposit for future reservations.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. We always do our best to accommodate everyone, but respecting time helps us offer a better experience to all clients.
