At Dessy Nails Lanzarote, we value our clients’ time and strive to offer a fair and professional booking system.
1. Booking Requirements
Appointments must be reserved in advance via Booksy or by contacting the salon directly. A confirmation message will be sent once the booking is validated.
2. Cancellations and Changes
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 1 hour and 30 minutes in advance.
Cancellations made within this time can be rescheduled to another available slot without any charge.
3. Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
4. No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up without prior notice may be asked to prepay future services or deposits for future appointments.
5. Refunds
Bookings made through Booksy are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is allowed if the cancellation is communicated in time.
